"Initial experience was great. That's when we first switched from Geico to State Farm. We have spoken to her maybe 4 times in the 4 years we have had State Farm. Arleen Beard is notorious for not returning calls, or taking her sweet time to return them, is never in the office, and her staff are about as useful as a hole in your head. I also made a claim on one of our vehicles and it's been over a week and still nothing has been done."

"Mr. McWeeny, I am sorry you are feeling as if we are not helping you. My girls have offered to help you. Regarding the length of time claims has taken to address your concerns is a matter with the claims department. We can certainly call them, but we cannot control their process. Unfortunately, as my team has explained to you, I am going through some personal issues and trying to take care of them. That is why my team has worked diligently to fill in the gaps. I will gladly explain to you my issue today at our in-person meeting. "

"Super mal es de la peor aseguranza que e tenido no la recomiendo las muchachas asen mal el papeleo y uno tiene que terminar pagando sus errores de lo peor……. Eso es mentira porque lo que me están cobrando es de las fechas que ustedes pusieron mal nada que ver con lo del seguro de vidaa aprendar a ver que cometieron errores y tu unica respuesta fue desirme que yo pagara por lo k ustedes isieron que facil solucionan las cosas"

"Do not choose State Farm at first side,they are the worst,I started paying 101.90 it’s have been increasing by the pass of the month till now. I end it paying 139.40 without any explanation,the only answer that I recieved from them was…” it’s because the inflation”. Also I didn’t have any accidents or violations. It’s so funny when they say…”As a good neighbor State Farm it’s always there”….!?"

"It is unfortunate you are upset with State Farm. Unfortunately, inflation is the main cause for your premium increase. I understand one of my employees offered you with options to decrease your premium, but you chose not to enroll in any of the options. Inflation has affected all of us in different aspects of our lives. We see it at the grocery store, at the gas pumps, with our cell phones expenses, as well as other utilities. Because materials are costing so much more these days, the repairs of vehicles has gone up tremendously, which has affected the insurance industry. State Farm is not the only insurance company being affected. Most insurance companies, if not all have raised their rates. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to my office."
